Many Hands make Light "Team-work'

Today's Task:  Split a big job up and assign different parts to different family members.  Work as a team to accomplish the task.

"Whatever you do, work at it with all of your heart, as working for the Lord, not for men."

When the kids' rooms get too out of control, I will sometimes call a "Team Tidy."  We throw everything in the middle of the room and then each child picks a particular theme and works on organizing those items that fit into the theme.  For example: books, action figures, clothes, etc.  The job is finished in a flash and no one gets overwhelmed.  When we work together, we all take pride in the job we have  completed as a team."
